CASA Farewell Party

28 may 2009 is the farewell party day for all CASA’s members, it is free for CASA’s members but not for others. We ordered a very nice food from SOM school and we had dinner together. Our program includes dinner, slide show, sharing experiences from new graduated students and senior who came to joint the ceremony, singing and dancing.

Comeback from Vietnam

I get scholarship to go Vietnam for one week, but unfortunately I did not know that I need to have visa. Therefore, I did not apply for the visa, I applied only the reentry visa to comeback to thailand. I came to know when I check my baggage at the airport, so finally AUF need to book new ticket for me and I need to apply for express visa. It cost 3000B compare to normal only more than 1000B.

I was a good experience for my trip to Vietnam, I went to Nha Trang. It is beautiful and the school that I stayed is near the sea and mountain, so I can see nice view from the school. I met many friends and improve my french language. I was happy and also tired. However, I did not have my own camera and my friend who went with me, sokchhay, he has but we are in difference group.

Ana’s birthday

Today is Ana’s birthday so after getting up from my bed, I check on youtube.com to find happy birthday songs for her. I send her some funny birthday songs. And I also make a slide for her.

Funny thing

Today, I don’t plant to write anything on my blog but after I read my friend’s email,  it make me laugh very much because I don’t expect to get such that email.

My friend found the job announcement from one famous job announcement website in Cambodia. They require many thing but there is one thing that my friend interested in: Male or female, age not over 23 years old.

Then he send email to the responsible of the company and cc  to our mailing list, below are the questions that he asked.

I want to apply for 1 position but i can not because of your requirement.

You need male or female age not over 23 years old.

How many year did we spend for Premier school to High school?

How many year did we spend for University?

For me start school at 6 years old and spended 12 years to finish high school.

More, i spended 5 years for the university of engineering.

Total, i reach the point of 23 years old already, so how?

Interrested but over now, my junior brother’s also late.

Daily activity during intersem

Every day after getting up, I just need to read some thing if I get up early than 8am. Otherwise I find breakfast then go to join English class. After finishing English class, find lunch and then continue on my special study or the project. In the evening find dinner, then work again.

And it is all for my daily life nowadays

Beside my Cambodia friends and good friends, I have 4 more foreigner good friends ; 2 of them are my roommate ana and anie, they come from Indonesia. P tao is Thai and Saeed from Pakistan. They are like my sisters and brother because they are older than me and take care me

Lunch with Indonesia friends

Today, I have lunch with Indonesia friends. I like their foods, especially the drink. I don’t know how they make the drink but it is really good. I can eat all their foods except spicy food . After eating we spend around 2h to talk. They have one alumni come to visit them with his family. They talk about many thing and everyone happy and laugh but for me I just smile because I don’t understand what they are talking about .

Finally, we take photos together to keep as souvenir.
